Who we are
This website is operated by The Paper Merchants’ Welfare Association, Andhra Pradesh (Regd. 142/1996), with its registered office at #5, 4th Floor, Chitturi Complex, Pulpativari Street, VIJAYAWADA-1.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, phone number, email address and message.
When you apply for membership we collect the details entered in the application form and the documents you upload. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised association staff.
We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security purposes.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to process your membership application and to communicate association matters to members.
Member directory listings are published only for approved members, and phone numbers, email addresses and addresses are shown only where the member has agreed.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with the managing committee for the purpose of considering membership applications, or where required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or remove your information, or to change how your listing appears in the member directory, by writing to pmwa.vjw@gmail.com.
